To set up a new customer inbound messaging URL you would start by clicking the blue plus button in the blow left hand corner. Then you could input the URL, give the URL a name to help you identify the URL when assigning it to numbers, and finally choose an attachment type. After this click the save button under the actions tab and your URL will be saved.
