Once a campaign has been approved the assign numbers button will take you to the page where you can copy and paste or type out your numbers you wish to assign. You can also use the API to assign or remove numbers from an approved campaign. Once you submit, you will be given one of the following statues.
Campaign Number Assignment Statuses:
PENDING = interim status, awaiting assignment to a campaign
DEPLOYED = interim status, number was created prior to being officially associated with a deployed campaign
DEPLOYED_FAILED / ADD_FAILED = the system receives non-retriable error from the MNO API or exhausts the retry mechanism while trying to add that phone number to a campaign
ADDED = phone number successfully added to a campaign
DELETE_FAILED / REMOVE_FAILED = the system receives non-retriable error from the MNO API or exhausts the retry mechanism while trying to remove the phone number from the campaign
REMOVED = phone number successfully removed from a campaign
Please note: If a number fails OR if a number has been in pending for over 24 hours, please contact support@commio.com.
How to know when a number is successfully assigned and ready for sending:
On the campaigns page, you will need to click the Numbers column to see the assignments. A pop up box will include successfully assigned numbers, as well as any in pending or failed. This is the only section that will give you a true status on if the number is assigned properly or not.
If a number is pending, it will include the orange exclamation point next to it. If it failed, it will show in the bottom section. Commio can help investigate both issues.
