Sometimes you need to forward your Commio numbers to a different number. To forward the voice calls, please complete the following steps in Commio.io.
Step 1: Create a new routing profile using the PSTN setting.
Under Inbound - Routing Profiles - Inbound Profiles - Click Add Profile
Name: You can name the profile anything you would like
Type: Choose the PSTN option to forward to another number
Address: Enter the number you wish to forward voice calls TO. You will use 11 digits, no dashes or spaces
Click Save
Step 2: After your routing profile(s) have been created, navigate to Inbound - Configure Numbers.
You can use the "Show Filters" button to search for the number(s) you wish to edit
After clicking Show Filters, you can search for the number(s) you need to edit to forward via the new profile.
Step 3: Once you have filtered the results, click to edit a single number under the actions options to the right of the number. You can also use the Select All option to update multiple numbers at a time.
After clicking edit, find the Routing Pref drop down and choose the name of your new profile.
Click Save.
Calls going to your Commio number will now forward to the number listed in the profile. Please note forwarding numbers does add an additional cost to your per minute usage amount. You can review the PSTN forwarding pricing under Billing - Rates - Inbound Rates - "PSTN".
