Account Changes- Company Name/ Address/ Personnel

If account changes are needed for your company name, address, or personnel, please download the form below. Once the form is filled out send it to support@commio.com to open a ticket. Once all the information is updated in the system we will respond via the ticket, and ask you to verify the updated information.

It is very important to alert us if personnel has changed.   In order to keep your account secure let us know if anyone needs to be added or removed from your account.  The account admin is also able to add or remove personnel users from the account via the "Account" tab in the commio.io portal and then the "users" sub-tab.
