Please access the NANP rate decks by logging into your account at Commio.io.
Navigate to Billing > Rates. 

The PRIME rate deck should only be used if you are using our PRIME profile type (one carrier deep and only a single attempt on the cheapest carrier we offer). The FULL rate deck should be used for all of the LCR profile options.
