Diagnostics Tab

The Diagnostics Tab includes our Query Tool which can help self-diagnose issues or review recent inbound calls. 

All data and times are in UTC

Please search using the From ANI, To DID, and/or Call ID.

Include country code in your filter. No dashes or spaces.

 

There are two sub categories under the "Diagnostics" tab which is under the "Inbound" tab. The first sub category is "Completed". This tab shows calls that were completed and that the customer was charged for. An example of the completed page and the data it shows is shown below.

The second category is "Uncompleted". This tab shows calls that were not completed and the customer was not charged for. An example of the uncompleted page and the data it shows is shown below.

The uncompleted tab gives the customer important information as to why a call did not complete. The information on this page could help customer decide if they need to block certain carriers or if there is something on their end that they can do to ensure calls complete in the future.
