Diagnostics Tab Explained

 

You can see the details of a specific call by using Commio's Diagnostics tool which can be found under the Outbound tab in Commio.io.

How To Search using the diagnostics tool

1. Select the date range this call was made using the gray date buttons at the top of the page or by clicking the Date Range check box and inputting a specific date and time range. You will only be able to search for a call up to seven days in the past.

 

2. Input the From Number in the From Number text box. Please be sure to include the country code in front of the ten digit number.

 

3. Input the To Number in the To Number text box. This number also needs to have the country code in front of the ten digit number.

 

4. Select the date this call was made using the gray date buttons at the top of the page or by clicking the Date Range check box and inputting a specific date and time.

 

5. Select the status of the number either Completed or Uncompleted

 

6. Click on the Search button.
