A number pool request may be approved when more than 49 numbers are needed on a single campaign. There must be a valid reason for the number pool request to get approved as it will go through an extra review process with both the DCA and T-Mobile.
There is a $2,500 cost associated with a new number pool request. If you are submitting more than one number pool, we can offer a discounted rate for each additional request.
To submit a number pool request, you'll first need an approved 10DLC campaign. You can then complete the attached form with the following details:
- Brand
- Campaign_ID
- Test Phone Number
- Use Case entered in TCR
- Reason for Number Pool Request
- How many phone number's requested in the Number Pool?
- Total Messaging Traffic (Max Daily Volume)
- SMS Traffic Distribution (% of Total)
- MMS Traffic Distribution (% of Total)
