Number Pool Requests - 10DLC Campaigns

A number pool request may be approved when more than 49 numbers are needed on a single campaign. There must be a valid reason for the number pool request to get approved as it will go through an extra review process with both the DCA and T-Mobile. 

There is a $2,500 cost associated with a new number pool request. If you are submitting more than one number pool, we can offer a discounted rate for each additional request. 

To submit a number pool request, you'll first need an approved 10DLC campaign. You can then complete the attached form with the following details:

  • Brand    
  • Campaign_ID    
  • Test Phone Number        
  • Use Case entered in TCR    
  • Reason for Number Pool Request    
  • How many phone number's requested in the Number Pool?    
  • Total Messaging Traffic (Max Daily Volume)    
  • SMS Traffic Distribution (% of Total)    
  • MMS Traffic Distribution (% of Total)

Please send completed number pool forms to support@commio.com to start the process. Number pool requests typically take about 30 days to complete.
