*For prepay accounts, this means adding funds (“topping up”) a single balance. This can be done via manual payments or a single automatic payment profile.
To review and edit auto-payment settings, please navigate to Billing - Autopay Settings.
*For postpaid accounts, you will now receive a single monthly invoice including charges for all products and usage. Line item breakdowns will be included on your invoices.
To make a one time manual payment via ACH or credit card, go to Billing - Payments - Make Payment.
We also offer daily and monthly “Usage Limit” controls.
Details below.
Prepay accounts
You can now edit your soft limit and reload amounts as needed, without having to completely disable and reconfigure your saved credit card settings.
Important: Your prepay balance must be kept in a positive state to avoid service disruption. If your balance depletes to zero, your services will be disrupted until the balance is funded.
Auto-pay can run as often as needed. Choose larger payment amounts if possible, so your bank doesn't flag multiple small payments as fraud.
Monthly account statements are issued on the first of each month, and include a breakdown of usage for all products.
Postpaid accounts
For postpaid accounts, you will receive a single monthly invoice including charges for all products and usage in Commio. Line item breakdown will be included on the invoice.
For autopay, you can enable monthly invoice autopay via ACH or credit card. Go to Billing - Autopay Settings, and under Autopay Monthly Invoice click Set Up.
Important: For postpaid accounts, if your credit limit is reached, ALL of your services will be disrupted. Contact support if you believe a higher credit limit is needed.
New feature: Usage Limits
We now offer daily and monthly “Usage Limits,” which you can choose to set under the Billing - Usage Settings tab per product.
When the product usage reaches the set limit, the specific products usage will be suspended until the usage limit is manually reset or the usage is automatically reset at the end of the month.
If no product usage limits are set, individual products will not be suspended. Your account will still be suspended if it hits the credit limit.
To reset a product’s usage limitation, once it has been reached, navigate to the product dashboard. Each product page will include a Network Settings section where the limits can be reset as needed.
We’re excited to offer you these new payment and billing features as we continue to upgrade and enhance Commio’s platform.
